ProGuard Legal runs in your browser. Each firm gets its own address (subdomain), and every user has a personal account with one or more roles in that firm.
Your firm's address
When your firm was registered, a subdomain was reserved — something like:
yourfirm.legal.proguardinnovations.com
Always use your firm's subdomain to log in. Bookmark it on every device you use.
Three things to know on day one
- You were invited, not self-registered. A firm administrator creates your account and sends an invite email. Accept the invite to set your password.
- What you can see depends on your roles. The sidebar and buttons in the app change based on the roles assigned to you. If you can't see something this guide mentions, you probably don't have permission for it — ask your administrator.
- Your data is scoped to your firm. You can never see another firm's matters, clients, or invoices.
