Logging in & accepting invites
Accepting your invitation
When your firm administrator adds you as a user, you'll receive an email with an invite link. The link opens the Accept Invitation page in the app.
- Click the link in the email (it's only valid for a limited time).
- Confirm your name and email address.
- Set a password. Choose something strong — this is your firm's most sensitive system.
- You'll be taken straight into the dashboard.
If the link has expired, ask your administrator to resend the invite from Admin → Users.
Logging in
- Open your firm's address (e.g.
yourfirm.legal.proguardinnovations.com). - Enter your email and password.
- You land on the dashboard.
Sessions stay active for a reasonable period and refresh automatically in the background while you're working. You may be asked to log in again after long periods of inactivity.
Forgot password
On the login page, click Forgot password?. Enter your email; you'll receive a reset link. The link is single-use and time-limited.
Active sessions
You can see where your account is logged in from under Profile → Security. You can sign out of all other sessions with a single click — useful if you lose a device.
Trouble logging in?

| "Invalid credentials" | Double-check the email address and try password reset |
| Invite link doesn't work | Ask your administrator to resend it |
| Can't reach the site | Confirm you're using the full firm subdomain |
| Account appears disabled | Your administrator may have suspended the account — contact them |
